We recognize that the company's sustainable growth and enhancement of its medium-to-long-term corporate value result from the resources and contributions provided by various stakeholders, including customers, employees, business partners, and local communities. We strive to build appropriate cooperative relationships with these stakeholders. 

Initiatives to respect stakeholder perspectives

Internal regulations and other policies stipulate the respect for stakeholder positions. The “G-TEKT Corporate Governance Basic Policy” recognizes that the company's sustainable growth and enhancement of its medium- to long-term corporate value result from the provision of resources and contributions by various stakeholders, including customers, employees, business partners, and local communities. It stipulates that the company shall strive to build appropriate cooperative relationships with these stakeholders.
Implementation of environmental conservation activities, sustainability initiatives, etc. We have established fundamental environmental conservation policies and principles, and each factory has achieved ISO 14001 certification. Furthermore, through the publication of an internal environmental newsletter and the formulation of action guidelines, every employee strives to reduce environmental impact and promote waste recycling.
In our sustainability activities, we compile a CSR report that outlines our company's approach to sustainability and our initiatives. 
Formulation of policies and other matters concerning the provision of information to stakeholders The “G-TEKT Corporate Governance Basic Policy” establishes a policy to enhance corporate transparency by ensuring appropriate disclosure of corporate information, including the prompt and accurate publication and disclosure of quarterly financial results and management policies, in order to further strengthen the trust and support of shareholders, investors, and society. 

Ensuring Diversity

The company promotes diversity, including the advancement of women, with the aim of bringing diverse perspectives and values to the workplace that contribute to the company's sustainable growth. 

Establishment of an Internal Whistleblowing Window

The company has established an internal reporting channel independent of management to receive reports of conduct violating laws, company regulations, or the Code of Conduct, as well as conduct that deviates significantly from social norms. 

  • The internal reporting channel shall include both an internal company contact point and an external contact point for external parties.
  • No disadvantage shall be imposed on individuals who submit information to the internal reporting channel or who cooperate in verifying the facts related to the submitted information.
  • Internal reports, including those concerning misconduct by management, shall also be communicated to the full-time auditors.
