Establishment of an Internal Whistleblowing Window
The company has established an internal reporting channel independent of management to receive reports of conduct violating laws, company regulations, or the Code of Conduct, as well as conduct that deviates significantly from social norms.
- The internal reporting channel shall include both an internal company contact point and an external contact point for external parties.
- No disadvantage shall be imposed on individuals who submit information to the internal reporting channel or who cooperate in verifying the facts related to the submitted information.
- Internal reports, including those concerning misconduct by management, shall also be communicated to the full-time auditors.
