Disclosure Policy

1.  Basic Policy
G-TEKT discloses information in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the rules and regulations regarding timely disclosure set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “Timely Disclosure Regulations”).
In addition, G-TEKT discloses even information that does not fall within the scope of such laws and regulations, if it judges the information to be useful for shareholders, investors and analysts to deepen understanding of the Company.

2.  Methods of Disclosure
Information that falls within the scope of the Timely Disclosure Regulations is made public on the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet), provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, in conformity with the regulations. The information that is made public on TDnet will be made available on the Company’s website as soon as possible. Even if the information does not fall within the scope of the regulations, we disclose the information that is deemed useful to shareholders and investors on our website fairly and extensively.

3.  Disclosure Structure
The director, who is in charge of Corporate Management and the head of information handling controls IR practical operations. IR staff regularly exchanges information with related divisions in the company and establishes an organic and cooperative relationship.


4.  Financial Results Forecasts and Forward-looking Statements
The forecasts on our website are based on information available at the time of disclosure and include risks and uncertainties. Please note that actual results may differ from these forecasts due to various important factors.

5.  Silent Period
To prevent leaks of earnings information and ensure fairness of disclosure, G-TEKT sets a “silent period”, from a week before the end of each quarter to the day of financial results announcement during which G-TEKT refrains from making comments or responding to questions related to the financial results.
Even in the silent period, however, if the financial results are found to deviate significantly from the forecasts already announced, they will be disclosed in accordance with Timely Disclosure Regulations.
