Since the beginning of the 1970s, we have been introducing state-of-the-art transfer press machines and coil press lines in advance of our competitors. In addition, our own manufacture of press dies, which are main parts, achieves high efficiency and high quality of production in stamped products. We have consistently led the industry in terms of our adoption and use of advanced technologies.
Various parts made in the press process are assembled into frame components (e.g., pillars) of the car and products around the cabin (e.g., the dashboard). All lines are synchronized with our customers’ production lines. Thus, we manufacture a variety of products on a timely basis to satisfy our customers’ delivery instructions. Our lines are designed to be flexible to enable them to respond immediately to fluctuations in production by our customers (e.g., an increase in variety or quantity). In addition to automated lines by robots over all processes and high-speed die changing apparatuses corresponding to a variety of products, both ROBOCAD and off-line teaching enable reductions in insertion man-hours for new models. We immediately adapt to the ever-changing needs of the market and achieve high productivity.
Our unique thickness-increasing, precision and rolling processing realized by making full use of various forging presses and servo transfer presses have achieved significant reductions in machining compared to conventional processing. We have thereby created high manufacturing technology which produces product lines of assured quality.
Our unique advanced, entirely automated cutting process line processes products. Various heat treatments and electron beam welding produce products, such as automobile transmission parts.
