1952 June	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd. is established in Tanabe-shi, Wakayama.
1953 November	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Kikuchi Body Kogyo, Ltd. is established for the manufacturing and sales of automotive components at 592 Shimorenjaku, Mitaka-shi, Tokyo.
1963 March	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Kikuchi Press Industry, Ltd. is reorganized as a stock company capitalized at 10 million yen. The trade name is changed to KIKUCHI CO., LTD., and the headquarters is located in Mitaka-shi, Tokyo.
1964 May	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Starts sales transactions with HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD.
1966 November	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Shiga Plant is established in Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka-gun, Shiga (currently Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka-shi, Shiga).
1967 September	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Starts sales transactions with HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD.
1969 January	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Hamura Plant is newly established in Hamura-machi, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo (currently Hamura-shi, Tokyo) and commences operations.
1971 November	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: The headquarters is relocated from Tanabe-shi, Wakayama to Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka-gun, Shiga (currently Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka-shi, Shiga).
1984 May	KTH Parts Industries, Inc. is established in Ohio, U.S.A. as a joint company of KIKUCHI CO., LTD., TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd., HIRATA & CO., LTD., Hongo Co., Ltd. and American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
1987 September	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Equity investment by HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD. (investment ratio is 9.52%).
1988 May	Jefferson Industries Corporation is established in Ohio, U.S.A. as a joint company of KIKUCHI CO., LTD., TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd. and American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
1990 April	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Opens new Technical Center (currently Tochigi Plant) in Kitsuregawa-machi, Shioya-gun, Tochigi (currently Sakura-shi, Tochigi) and commences operations.
1991 April	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Takao C&C (currently C&C Tochigi) is newly established in Takanezawa-machi, Shioya-gun, Tochigi.
1991 September	Joint venture by both companies: Pulls out of KTH Parts Industries, Inc., due to full-fledged start of operations by Jefferson Industries Corporation.
1994 October	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Takao (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (currently G-TEKT (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) is established in Ayutthaya, Thailand.
1996 April	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Listed as over-the-counter stock with Japan Securities Dealers Association.
1996 May	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Takao Eastern Co., Ltd. (currently G-TEKT Eastern Co., Ltd.) is established in Rayong, Thailand.
1996 October	Joint venture by both companies: Jefferson Elora Corporation is established in Ontario, Canada.
1996 December	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: KP do Brasil Ltda. (currently G-KT do Brasil Ltda.) is established in Sao Paolo, Brazil as a joint company of KIKUCHI CO., LTD. and Honda Motor do Brasil Ltda.
1997 January	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Stadco Takao Europe Limited (currently G-TEKT Europe Manufacturing Ltd.) is established in Gloucester, U.K.
1998 July	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Equity investment in Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive, Inc., in Indiana, U.S.A.
1999 March	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Takao America Corporation (currently G-TEKT America Corporation) is established in Michigan, U.S.A.
2000 July	Joint venture by both companies: Jefferson Southern Corporation is established in Georgia, U.S.A.
2001 October	Joint venture by both companies: Auto Parts Alliance (China) Ltd. is established in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
2002 June	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Gunma Plant is newly established in Ota-shi, Gunma and commences operations.
2002 July	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: The headquarters is relocated to Hamura-shi, Tokyo.
2004 May	TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd.: Thai G&B Manufacturing Ltd. is established in Rayong, Thailand.
2004 December	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Cancels over-the-counter registration with the Japan Securities Dealers Association, and lists stock on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange (currently the Osaka Securities Exchange JASDAQ (Standard)).
2005 March	Joint venture by both companies: Wuhan Auto Parts Alliance Co., Ltd. is established in Wuhan, Hubei, China.
2005 May	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: HONDA MOTOR CO., LTD. acquires an additional 900,000 shares of Kikuchi's outstanding shares to become the top shareholder among major shareholders (investment ratio is 20.7%).
2005 September	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Conghua K&S Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is established in Conghua, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
2007 February	Joint venture by both companies: Global Auto-Parts Alliance India Private Ltd. is established in Rajasthan, India.
2008 February	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Acquires ISO/TS 16949 certification.
2009 September	KIKUCHI CO., LTD.: Saitama Plant is newly established in Fukaya-shi, Saitama and commences operations.
2011 April	KIKUCHI CO., LTD. and TAKAO KINZOKU KOGYO Co., Ltd. merges. The trade name is changed to G-TEKT CORPORATION, and the headquarters moves to Saitama-shi, Saitama.
2011 November	In order to restructure the business in India, consolidated subsidiaries are reorganized, and G-TEKT India Private Ltd. is established in Rajasthan, India.
2012 February	PT.G-TEKT Indonesia Manufacturing is established in West Java, Indonesia.
2012 March	G-ONE AUTO PARTS DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is established in Guanajuato, Mexico, as a joint company of G-TEKT CORPORATION and H-ONE CO, LTD.
